Mictlan: An Ancient Mythical Tale is an upcoming action adventure game presented through a third-person perspective set in an open world in 15th century during the Spanish conquest of Mexico.

The story follows the life of a Mexica Warrior who must travel through the country's jungles and valleys fighting against mythical deities, Spanish conquistadors, and enemy cultures in order to survive its journey through the underworld of Mictlan 

The game is set in a fantasy world heavily inspired by pre-Columbian Mesoamerican cultures, customs, and myths.

Mictlan: An Ancient Mythical Tale is developed curently between Tokyo and Mexico City, founded by Mexican-American filmmaker Guillermo Alarcón, who is also the creative director of the project

The game features Netflix Series, Diablero protagonist Horacio García Rojas as well as composer and singer of the legendary Mexican band Maldita Vecindad as supporting character
